How to Use
Press the "Start" button to start the timer. When work time ends, it automatically switches to a break phase with a notification. You can also skip the current phase with "Skip". Open settings to customize work time, break time, and sessions before a long break.
How It Works
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that alternates 25-minute focused work sessions with 5-minute breaks. After 4 sessions, a 15-minute long break helps maintain sustained concentration. The browser Notification API is supported — when allowed, desktop notifications are sent at the end of each phase.
