How to Use
Select the plan type (iDeCo or NISA), then enter monthly contribution, expected annual return, and investment period. For iDeCo, entering your annual income will calculate the tax saving from income deduction. For NISA, the tax-free benefit on investment returns is displayed.
About the Formula
Investment returns are calculated using compound interest (monthly basis). iDeCo tax savings are estimated from income tax and resident tax reductions due to full income deduction of contributions. NISA tax-free benefit is the amount of approximately 20.315% tax exempted on investment returns. Special corporate tax and taxation at withdrawal are not considered.
