Enter the starting age, employee pension enrollment period, and average standard monthly salary. Annual and monthly amounts for both basic pension and employee pension are calculated automatically. Starting before age 65 applies an early reduction, and starting later applies a deferral increase.

Basic pension is calculated proportionally based on enrollment months against the full amount. Employee pension is calculated as "average standard monthly salary x multiplier x enrollment months". Early pension is reduced by 0.4% per month, and deferred pension is increased by 0.7% per month. Additional spouse pension and in-service pension adjustments are not considered.
